At the request of a local authority, I was visiting Spain (including the town of Mijas). I was in this town to advise on husbandry and welfare issues concerning the donkeys present there.

My experience is that cattle don't attack people spontaneously. There is always a clear reason. And before the animal attacks, it has already warned you several times through body language. Of course, we must recognize these signals and be willing and/or able to respond to them appropriately.
