The audit consists of an objective and neutral representation of the various procedural steps, between time of arrival animals at the slaughterhouse, up to stunning and slaughter.

 

The audit describes both, the positive business processes and factors as well as the business processes that are prone to improvement.

The results are included in a confidential report and are discussed extensively with the client.
